We are seeking a Resource Person in Preschool, 20-30 hours/week, fixed-term We are looking for you to work as a resource for children with special needs at one of our preschool departments and who has experience working with groups of children. If you have education or experience working with children with special needs as well as Montessori experience, we see that as a plus. You are confident in your adult role and have the ability to meet each child individually. We value good pedagogical skills and understanding of people's different conditions for acquiring knowledge. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in an attentive and flexible way while also being skilled at building and maintaining relationships with other children, colleagues, and parents. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. This is a fixed-term employment of 20–30 hours/week until December 31, 2026, and there is a possibility for extension.
