At our facility, located in Kvidinge, there are 6 residential spaces. Our clients are 18 years and older, and we work to provide them with support and help that truly makes a difference. About the Position As care personnel with us you will have varied work where you will, among other things, plan and implement individual services according to needs and goals based on our residents' implementation plans. You will document daily in our documentation system. Together with colleagues you will divide work tasks and communicate with other healthcare personnel. Examples of work tasks: Motivating and supportive conversations Follow up on residents' weekly planning and implementation plans Manage medications according to delegation Plan activities and transportation Social interaction Support with daily activities and ADL (for example, personal care, meal support, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping) Employment Terms We are now looking for employees for part-time employment. The employment level is as needed. Working hours are variable and may include day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. Salary is by agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement. Start date for the position is by agreement. A prerequisite for beginning employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, responsive, and flexible. You are a person who has the ability to handle stressful situations with confidence and stability. You are responsible and can independently structure your work, while also having good teamwork skills and enjoying working in a team. You have pedagogical insight into people's different conditions and can adapt your communication style to their needs. We are looking for someone who: Is trained as a nursing assistant, healthcare worker, or care attendant, or has equivalent knowledge and experience Has a driver's license (category B) Has experience with threat and violence. It is a merit if you have: Experience working with this target group Training in low-arousal approaches. What Happens Now?
