We are conducting the Vehicle and Transport high school program in collaboration with Gränsälvsgymnasiet to meet the high demand for mechanics and professional drivers. Utbildning Nord also conducts adult education for mechanics with participants from Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Now we are looking for you to join our dedicated team in vehicle education and help develop professional driver training at the high school level. Profile of the candidate we seek Have professional experience from companies in the vehicle industry as a truck driver. Minimum C driving license is required. It is positive if you have pedagogical competence through education or experience. Meritorious if you are qualified as a vocational teacher with teaching certification and/or driving instructor for heavy vehicles, C/CE. Also meritorious if you have other certifications within our education area, for example CE license, forklift, wheel loader, or similar. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. It is also positive if you have additional language skills such as Meänkieli, Finnish, Norwegian, or English. Job duties As a teacher, the position involves planning and delivering instruction at the high school level, both practical and theoretical, as well as documenting it. As a person, you are flexible, have a positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility. It is important that you enjoy working in a team and have good collaboration skills with all staff.
