About the Position Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for strategic sourcing and a strong ability to drive business forward? We are now looking for a self-directed and business-driven procurement manager with a focus on indirect procurement who will be responsible for sourcing IT software and HR services in a global organization. In this role, you will work in an international environment where you drive procurement processes, negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives while collaborating closely with both local and global stakeholders. Here you will have the opportunity to make an impact, develop supplier relationships, and contribute to continuous improvements within the procurement function. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting October 1, 2026, running for approximately 10 months, with the possibility of extension. The position is based at the office in Mölndal with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week. Examples of Responsibilities: Responsible for indirect procurement of IT software and HR services in Europe. Drive and execute negotiations with suppliers and manage the supplier base within your area of responsibility. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and manage RFQ processes in Ariba. Analyze spend and pricing data to identify business opportunities and negotiation leverage. Collaborate with local, operational, and global procurement teams to implement strategies and initiatives. Identify opportunities to consolidate purchases and optimize contracts and supplier volumes. Contribute to improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working within the procurement function. About You We are looking for a driven and responsible person with a strong business focus. You thrive working independently, take your own initiatives, and have a natural ability to prioritize and drive work forward. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you are communicative, well-organized, and motivated by finding efficient solutions that create value for the organization. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience working in indirect procurement. Experience with IT software and/or HR services procurement. Documented experience with procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management. Experience with cost analysis and cost-saving initiatives. Experience with procurement systems, preferably SAP Ariba. Good experience working in an international environment. Excellent English skills, both verbal and written. Post-secondary education in procurement, finance, logistics, supply chain, or another relevant field.
