Job Description At the end of our manufacturing process, you'll find our assembly departments where we complete products before delivery to our customers. Work tasks include screwing parts together, installing fastening elements, mounting insulation, and in some cases performing final testing. Some products are relatively simple to assemble, but the majority of our products are assembled in several different stages. Some customers also require electrical assembly. All products come with manufacturing documentation in the form of instructions or drawings. Who Are You? For the role of Assembler, we're primarily looking for a driven and engaged person who is motivated by being an important part of the process. We're looking for someone with relevant experience in the manufacturing industry. You're competent in your craft and have a good ability to read and follow drawings. We work with series production, which means you own your part of the manufacturing process, where quality focus from the start is an important principle. Assembly departments are usually the final step before we deliver to our customers. Therefore, your role is particularly important in ensuring quality. For you, quality and finish are very important, and you thrive in a role where you work with many different products and find solutions to various challenges yourself. In addition, we see that you have good collaboration skills, are service-oriented and flexible. You take great personal responsibility and thrive working at a high pace. We place great importance on personal suitability. As a person, you have personal commitment and a good ability to efficiently drive your work and projects forward. You work well in teams and are good at planning and organizing your work. You're keen on achieving results and meeting deadlines. You read and speak fluent Swedish as work and safety instructions are in Swedish. This means: You should have previous experience with assembly or similar work in industry We'd like you to be comfortable working practically and have a technical interest You need to be able to handle the physical demands as the work involves standing for an entire shift You need to be disciplined and structured to work in an environment with high quality requirements where there are also demands to meet certain time frames You need to be good at collaborating with others, following instructions, and spreading positive spirit among your colleagues And of course, you should have good values that align with our company's values.
