About the Role To meet future challenges, we've chosen Microsoft as our strategic platform partner and have invested in modern solutions across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement), Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. As we continue our digital transformation journey, we're strengthening our internal IT team. We're looking for you to turn modern technology into real business value and sustainable societal development! Depending on your background and interests, you may work in one or more of the following areas: Dynamics 365 & Power Platform You'll support the development and management of system solutions for our business processes in finance, procurement, logistics, and asset management, and/or in sales, customer service, and field service. The focus will be on configuring, integrating with, and developing D365, and using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline and expand the platform's usage. Microsoft 365 You'll put employees' digital daily experience at the center and ensure our internal tools are secure, efficient, and interconnected. The focus will be on architecture, management, and development of our M365 environment (SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, Copilot, Power Platform). Fabric & Power BI You'll help us structure and create value from our data and enable the organization to make data-driven decisions and gain insights. As a person, you're curious, pedagogical, and enjoy collaborating closely with the business. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and have a solution-oriented approach. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We'd like to see experience from the energy sector, but it's not a requirement.
