We are in an expansion phase and are now seeking an operator for our injection molding department in Jönköping. As a person, we believe you are thorough, quality-minded, and a problem solver. We value good collaboration skills, initiative, and flexibility. About the position We are seeking a production worker for our injection molding department. In this role, you will primarily operate injection molding machines and process and package products directly at the production line, combined with distributing materials and tools to production. During your introduction, you will work day shifts, which will transition to a 2-shift schedule. Responsibilities: Operate injection molding machines and ensure an efficient production process. Process and package products according to instructions. Perform work according to established procedures, instructions, and drawings. Inspect your own work against reference parts and documentation. Replenish materials and tools for production. Cleaning of dryers. Maintain order and organization (5S) in the department. Restore the work area upon completion of work. We are looking for you if you: Have fluent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Have basic knowledge of English in speech and writing. Hold a forklift license. Have basic technical understanding. Are communicative, sociable, and have good collaboration skills. Can work toward established goals, strategies, and guidelines with a customer focus. Want to develop within your field and contribute to improvement efforts. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in the plastics industry.
