Job Description
We're now hiring meticulous and dedicated machine operators for a process industry with round-the-clock production!
You'll work on operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a highly automated facility.
The role demands strong technical understanding, precision, and teamwork.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Monitoring and adjusting machinery during ongoing production
*Troubleshooting and fixing minor technical issues
*Quality control of finished products
*Contributing to improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance
*Working day, evening, and night shifts
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
*High school diploma in engineering/industrial technology or equivalent experience
*Strong technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes
*Experience with shift work in production is a plus
*High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
*Swedish proficiency, both spoken and written
