JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking teachers for time-limited positions in our teacher pool during the fall semester, with the possibility of extension. The position can be full-time or part-time. You will have your primary placement at one of the municipality's primary schools, but you may occasionally need to move to other units that need a substitute teacher. With clear leadership, you make students active participants in teaching and create a safe, accessible, and inspiring learning environment. You contribute with commitment, structure, and curiosity where it is needed most, working alongside regular staff. The principal at your primary placement will be your direct manager. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a certified teacher in primary school, either for grades F-6 or 7-9. The positions may be directed toward different levels depending on operational needs. It comes naturally to you to adapt to new environments and you enjoy variety. You easily see where your help and expertise are needed during the workday. As a person, you are calm and stable and have the ability to create a safe environment for all students. We also see that you are curious and want to develop in your work. Your creativity is contagious to others and creates engagement and motivates learning. You willingly contribute with ideas and new ways of thinking to move the operation forward. You have a good ability to create professional relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You must have a B driver's license and access to your own car.
