About the Operations The Warehouse has the primary mission of ensuring the delivery reliability of healthcare products to Region Dalarna's operations through the management of the Regional Warehouse and Local warehouses. This is achieved through monitoring and controlling the warehouse inventory to meet operational needs over time. The operation is under development with the region's warehouse capacity being increased gradually. During 2025, available warehouse space is approximately 2,500 sqm, which will be expanded over time to approximately 7,000 sqm. The Regional Warehouse is part of the Regionservice division County Services, which also includes External Logistics, Security, Customer Service, and the region's laundry facility. Department Goals: Right products in stock with delivery at the right time Increased service level on available items for operations Increased robustness and safer and more flexible supply of consumables The warehouse operation is under development and this role will influence and shape its future and setup. Regionservice's mission is to lead, develop, perform, and streamline service operations for Healthcare and other operations within and in collaboration with Region Dalarna. We do this in areas such as facility management, food and meal services, logistics, premises maintenance, and Patient-proximate services. We create conditions for all operations within Region Dalarna to conduct their activities effectively, which is a responsibility we take very seriously! Regionservice has approximately 550 employees and generates approximately 400 MSEK in revenue. The operation is quality certified according to ISO 9001 and environmentally certified according to ISO 14001. We are a department in constant development as we need to quickly adapt to the operations' needs. Duties About the Position: As a warehouse and logistics employee with us, you will play an important role in ensuring that our items are handled efficiently and with the highest quality. You will work both independently and in a team where you have the opportunity to help optimize our workflows and ensure timely deliveries. For the warehouse worker role at the Regional Warehouse, we are seeking someone who is responsible and cooperative, enjoys interacting with people, and can build good relationships with internal customers and operations. You should also be able to work in a structured and methodical manner. Your duties in brief: Handling of inbound and outbound deliveries Warehouse management, including picking, kitting, and packing Loading and unloading of goods Use of forklift and other warehouse equipment Ensure order and organization in the warehouse facility This position is a temporary position from 2026-09-01 to 2027-08-31 with the possibility of extension.
