JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for you to work as a mentor for one of our clients. The client is a 13-year-old girl living centrally in Knivsta. Her interests include: fantasy, cinema, swimming, going to various parks/forests with snacks, horseback riding, music, animals, and crafts.
As a mentor, your role is to promote social connections and support leisure activities in a safe environment. You should be able to motivate and take the initiative to book and conduct regular meetings. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often informal and based on shared interests and personal chemistry.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in making a difference for other people. You respond to the individual's needs and interests and adapt to different situations. You are relationship-focused and collaborative. To thrive in this role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is important that you are cooperative, resourceful, confident in yourself, and have great patience—this creates a sense of security in your role as a mentor.
Salary form: Hourly wage.
Employment form: Fixed-term contract.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-08-31, end date: 2027-10-31.
