Welcome to us! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for you to work as a contact person for one of our clients. The client is a 10-year-old boy who lives in Knivsta. He is an active boy who enjoys moving around, playing at playgrounds and other recreational areas. He enjoys watching TV and has favorite programs. As a contact person, your role is to promote social contacts and support leisure activities in a safe environment. You should be able to motivate and be proactive in booking and conducting regular meetings. The focus is on building a trusting and friendly relationship with the individual. The relationship is often more informal and based on shared interests and personal chemistry. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in doing something for other people. You start from the individual's needs and interests and adapt to situations. You are relationship-building and collaborative. To thrive in your role, it is important that you see each person and understand how important you are in contributing to a meaningful everyday life. It is important that you are collaborative, resourceful, confident in yourself, and have great patience, which creates a sense of security in your role as a contact person. It is a merit if you have previous experience working with children with Down syndrome. You are welcome to be an active person. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
