Then this could be the role for you! We are now recruiting an edge press operator for our client, just outside Jönköping. This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by our client. We manage the entire recruitment process, but your employment will be with the company. As an edge press operator, you will program and operate edge presses for manufacturing sheet metal parts. You are responsible for ensuring that production maintains high quality and that work is performed according to drawings and specifications. The role involves close collaboration with production colleagues and suits you if you thrive in a practical and varied work environment. The work involves: *Programming and setting up edge presses *Bending sheet metal according to drawings *Quality control to ensure that parts meet customer requirements *Rigging and changeover of machines *Basic maintenance and service of machines *Actively contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace Qualifications We believe that to thrive in this role, you are a responsible and solution-oriented person with a technical interest and a passion for precision work. You work independently but also collaborate easily with others. We would like to see that you have: *Education in workshop, manufacturing, or technology, or equivalent work experience *Experience working as an edge press operator or similar manufacturing work (desirable but not required) *Ability to read and interpret technical drawings *Experience setting up machines and configuring programs *Good computer skills *Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
