Jefferson Wells is now seeking a Technical Planner specializing in Steel for an assignment with a leading player in Swedish defense industry in Karlskrona. Here you'll have the opportunity to work on some of Sweden's most advanced technical projects where innovation, precision, and collaboration are at the center.
In your role as a Technical Planner specializing in Steel, you will work on preparing and adapting manufacturing documentation for production. You'll be an important link between design, procurement, and production, ensuring that steel structures can be manufactured in an efficient, safe, and quality-assured manner. The work includes production planning, work orders, construction methodology, manufacturing analysis, and production flow planning. You will also participate in technical discussions and contribute improvement suggestions that strengthen both product and process.
We're Looking for You
You have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or similar field.
You have a genuine interest in technology and are driven to find smart and sustainable solutions to complex challenges.
It is advantageous if you have experience in manufacturing industry, production planning, steel structures, welding, or work in larger technical and industrial projects.
As a person you are analytical, structured, and communicative. You thrive in an environment where many competencies work together and where the work requires both technical understanding and strong collaboration skills.
Meritorious
Experience in production planning or production technical work.
Experience from manufacturing industry, mechanical engineering, or marine operations.
Knowledge of steel structures, welding, machining, or surface treatment.
Experience with CAD systems and technical documentation.
Experience working on larger industrial or development projects.
