About the Role As a Hall Attendant, you are an important part of the customer journey and work closely with both customers and colleagues. You are responsible for sales, inventory management, purchasing, and product presentation in the accessories department. You contribute to ensuring our customer spaces are well-stocked, inspiring, and welcoming. In this role, you will among other things: Provide service and advice to customers Work with sales and cash handling Manage inventory, orders, and goods receipt Ensure an attractive and sales-oriented store environment Collaborate with colleagues in sales and aftermarket services to create a smooth customer experience You belong to the sales department and report to the Sales Manager. At the center, you work closely with sales staff, service advisors, service manager, and vehicle technicians. We're Looking for You If You Have experience in service, sales, or customer contact Are organized and work carefully Take responsibility for your tasks and drive them forward Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment Thrive in an environment where the pace can sometimes be fast Are curious and want to develop your knowledge Experience from retail, parts, accessories, or the vehicle industry is a merit but not a requirement. Practical Information The position is a part-time employment of approximately 10-15% with focus on work mainly on Saturdays and one or two weekdays/week. Why Forsbergs?
