About Us Subway is the world's largest quick-service restaurant chain with locations in over 100 countries. Subcom Sweden AB is an organization under the leadership of Nordic Bites Oy, which together oversees over 350 restaurants in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and prep meat and vegetables, including baking bread and pastries Ensure that food storage and preparation areas meet health and safety standards Follow Subway's rules and policies Cash register duties Register deliveries Perform cleaning and sanitation according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules Follow safety procedures Work as part of a team Deliver high-quality service in product handling, sales, and guest interactions. As a Sandwich Artist™, you serve and create added value for guests in an efficient and friendly manner. In this role, you promote awareness of Subway® as a brand and ensure that hygiene standards are met. Who Are You and What Do We Expect? Ability to work in a fast-paced and hectic environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Prior experience in fast food or the restaurant industry is a major plus. Very good Swedish language skills are required. Good English skills are a major plus. You are stable—calm and composed even in stressful situations. You love working with and alongside people. You have good teamwork skills and work well with others. You are service-oriented—attentive and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, desire, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
