You'll gain valuable experience, work with children, and contribute to their safety and learning. No prior experience or education required—training is provided. As a substitute teacher in preschool, you'll help create a safe, fun, and educational day for the children. Your responsibilities may include: Participating in children's play and activities Supporting children's development and learning Joining in creative, movement, and other educational activities Assisting with meals, rest time, and dressing/undressing Providing reassurance and being present for children throughout the day Collaborating with preschool staff You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at preschools in Luleå municipality. Work hours are scheduled on weekdays during daytime. We're seeking both full-time substitute teachers and those interested in working extra shifts to cover short-term staffing needs at Luleå municipality preschools. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You who want to work full-time or extra shifts You who are retired but want to contribute to preschool education and work when it suits you Students pursuing university degrees in early childhood education or other fields Responsible, adaptable people who thrive stepping in where needed Strong collaboration skills and who treat children and colleagues with respect and professionalism Comfortable working at different preschools and quickly adapting to new environments, routines, and work methods Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Merits, but not required: Driver's license and access to your own car, as some facilities are located outside central Luleå Previous experience working in preschools or pedagogical education To be considered for this position, you must upload at least 2 references to your profile and provide a clearance certificate from the Swedish police records.
