Attendo is now recruiting nursing assistants for Hagalund in Linköping. Hagalund is a senior living facility with 48 beds, specializing in both somatic care and dementia care. The facility is centrally located and operated by Attendo on behalf of Linköping Municipality.
About the Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a major part of your role, as well as being able to contribute various activities that enrich the daily lives of our elderly.
Your tasks include:
- Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on each customer's individual needs and wishes.
- When needed, help with meal preparation, cooking and serving, cleaning, laundry, etc.
- Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
- Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as legal guardians, family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits
- Professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare or confirmation from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills/experience
Meritorious:
- Experience from care work in elderly care
- Experience with delegation
