About the Role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that enrich the daily lives of our elderly residents. Your responsibilities include, among others: - Personal care according to the facility's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes - When needed, help with, for example, preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. - Perform documentation and work according to agreed-upon measures - Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff Who Are You? Qualifications Requirements: - Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits - Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant - Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) - Good computer skills/computer experience Meritorious: - Experience from care work in elderly care - Experience with delegation What Can We Offer You?
