We are a pleasant team consisting of an operations manager, group manager, two nurses, and care staff. We are looking for someone who is driven by working with people and making a real difference for our residents every day. You have the ability to strengthen and support them in all aspects of daily life. As a person, you are thorough and engaged in the needs of residents and their families. You collaborate easily, maintain a professional approach, and contribute to a positive and pleasant atmosphere at our workplace. It is important that you are able to both give and receive feedback to help develop our operations. Job Description We are looking for someone interested in planning and carrying out activities and outdoor time at our facility. The position involves both work as a nursing assistant at approximately 70% care work and 30% activities responsibility. Work Schedule Day/evening/weekend shifts. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement. Your responsibilities as activities coordinator will include: Plan and implement activities at both individual and group levels. Make purchases for activities; a driver's license is an advantage. Manage annual holidays/table settings, decorations, and similar tasks. Manage Instagram and post photos. Your care work responsibilities include: Daily care for residents. Weekly cleaning of residents' apartments and daily maintenance cleaning. Preparing lunch and dinner, receiving meal deliveries. You must have nursing assistant certification with proof from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written). Good computer skills/experience and ease with various apps/systems on mobile phones (Epsilion, Sensio Pocket, MCSS Appva). Medicine delegation authorization. What Can We Offer You?
