Attendo is now seeking a nursing assistant for Frösunda retirement home in Solna. Attendo Frösunda is a pleasant care and living facility in Solna with 41 apartments distributed across four floors. The facility has both somatic care services and dementia care services, providing a varied and developing work environment for our employees. We work person-centered and focus on creating safety, participation, and a meaningful everyday life for our residents. Each floor has common areas for meals and social gatherings, and we also have balconies, patios, and common spaces for activities and socializing. As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as is contributing various activities that enrich the everyday life of our elderly residents. Your responsibilities include: • Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes • When needed, help with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. • Perform documentation and work according to decided measures • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff Who are you? Qualifications Requirements: • Nursing assistant certification of at least 1350 credits • Professional certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant • Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) • Good computer skills/computer experience • Driver's license B (depending on segment/position) Merits: • Experience from care work in elderly care • Experience with delegation What can we offer you?
