JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a facilities manager, you are offered a varied workday where you meet many people in a role with freedom within the scope of the assignment. In this role, you work as part of a closely collaborative team with high job satisfaction. You also work closely with other industry colleagues such as repair specialists. The facilities managers work with technical installations within the municipality's building stock, such as ventilation, fire protection, backup power, sprinkler systems, heating and other control systems, as well as more traditional facilities management and operational services. Our properties and operations consist of everything from schools, preschools and group homes to recreational facilities, which provides a wonderfully varied work environment. Standby work may occur in this position. QUALIFICATIONS As an applicant, you have previous experience as a facilities manager, janitor, school janitor, or experience that the employer deems equivalent for the assignment. We would like to see that you have a craft background or other practical work experience that is appropriate for the assignment. As a person, you contribute to good collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You have a solution-oriented approach and good service awareness that you apply in your profession toward customers. Good computer skills and use of electronic aids are advantageous as both computer and smartphone are important work tools in daily work. B-driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement. Employment Type: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-10-01 Start date is by agreement.
