We operate throughout Sweden, from Ystad to Kiruna with just over 500 physical pharmacies. Now we're looking for you – a trained pharmacist or pharmacy technician – who wants to work as a competency pool member at several of our pharmacies across Stockholm where we have a great need for your expertise. As a competency pool member, you enjoy several benefits with us: Fixed market-rate monthly salary Fixed salary supplement for your flexibility Continuous scheduling in operations Mileage reimbursement Any travel time over 60 minutes is considered paid work time! In this role, you're part of a wonderful team pool where you can share knowledge, face challenges, and celebrate successes together. Your most important mission is to help our customers achieve proper medication use and good health. The role includes the following responsibilities and tasks: Counseling and sales of medications and self-care products. Inventory management, campaigns, administration, quality, and development. Foster engagement within the pharmacies and promote good team dynamics through excellent collaboration with your various colleagues. For your day-to-day support, you have your direct manager, the competency pool manager, and our pharmacy managers who know where your expertise is needed most.
