About the Assignment
The pool's mission is to contribute to stable, secure, and high-quality staffing within elderly care and LSS in Arvika municipality. As a pool staff member, you are permanently employed at the Recruitment and Competence Center, and most of our employees work full-time. When hired to the pool, you choose to work either in elderly care or in LSS activities.
The work includes day, evening, and weekend shifts and involves working at several different units based on needs. You meet many users, colleagues, and workplaces, which makes the work both varied and developmental.
As a pool staff member, you have an important role in creating continuity and security in the activities. Your experience, flexibility, and ability to quickly integrate into new work teams contribute to good care and professional support for those we serve. The work suits you if you thrive with variety, appreciate new encounters, and feel confident in your professional role.
Qualifications
For work in LSS: Nursing assistant education or education from a child and leisure program
For work in elderly care: Nursing assistant education
Experience from the activity area you wish to work in.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Class B driver's license and access to a car
