We're Looking for Experienced Service Staff at M.O.A.S – Start Immediately

First and foremost, we're looking for the right person and the right attitude. You need to be comfortable in a clear service role and enjoy interacting with guests. You're someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and helps out without always needing to be told. We believe that you: Genuinely enjoy working in service and with people. Are positive, engaged, and responsible. Are comfortable talking with guests and providing friendly and personal service. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can maintain both focus and a good attitude when things get busy. Are a team player who helps your colleagues and contributes to a positive atmosphere. Take initiative and care about the guests, the workplace, and the results. Previous experience from a restaurant, café, or other service work is a plus but not required. For us, attitude, work ethic, and personality count heavily – we can teach you the rest. What Does the Job Involve? As part of the service team, you will, among other things: Take orders and serve food and drinks. Meet our guests and actively contribute to excellent service. Keep things organized and ensure the restaurant feels welcoming throughout your shift. Work closely with both the service and kitchen teams. Take ownership and help out where needed.
