Our cheerful and wonderful girl is now looking for a personal assistant. The days are very varied when working with her. There are days that are filled with play, laughter, and fun, but also times when your role is to prevent and manage frustrations and problematic situations. Therefore, it is important to constantly be interested in her well-being and to be adaptable in different environments. The work should be characterized by strengthening the customer's independence and self-determination.
We are looking for someone who is committed and works with an open mind. It is a great advantage if you have previously worked in a school with students with functional variations, been a pedagogue, or worked in a similar field. Your background does not necessarily need to be as a personal assistant; perhaps you have worked with people on the autism spectrum in another type of activity.
You should be positive, attentive, responsible, and playful. With great responsibility to direct and plan the day as well as work with clarity. It is incredibly important to build a relationship and work according to her needs and lifestyle. This creates trust and security for her. The customer has a great interest in taking the bus, subway, and boat. She has CP and autism, so previous experience with this is a merit.

• Have a childlike spirit and act playfully
• Be stable and confident in yourself (grounded)
If you are the person we are looking for, you will be an assistant to a fantastic girl with a great interest in fun and play. An incredibly rewarding and developmental work where there is an opportunity to become her friend. She has extensive supervision and care needs.

The position involves hours around the clock. Days, evenings, nights, and weekends; the position is approximately 50-80 percent.
