About Stockholms vattenskärning AB: Stockholms Vattenskärning was founded in 1989 and forms the heart of the Steelex Group. We primarily work with contract manufacturing in the metal processing industry with CNC-controlled water cutting as our specialty. Today, we are a complete mechanical workshop. With over 30 years in the industry, we have the experience, knowledge, and capacity required to call ourselves a complete metal processing supplier. Our business concept is to help our customers from idea to finished product – our department for prototype manufacturing and product development works directly with the various production departments and can thus easily follow the process and keep you updated throughout. Since 2025, Intermekano is also part of Stockholms vattenskärning, and at our location in Bålsta, we manufacture both tools, prototypes, and component parts. About the Position: In your role as a workshop technician, depending on your previous experience, you will move between all of our departments and thereby gain great insight into our operations. Our departments include press brakes, welding, water cutting, and CNC. Your onboarding will be tailored to your previous knowledge and experience, and you will collaborate with all of our employees. Qualifications: We would like to see that you have previous experience from a workshop or manufacturing industry. However, we also believe you could have a background in industrial or automotive training and perhaps work on machinery in your spare time. As a person, you should be forward-thinking and have a desire to learn more about workshop and manufacturing operations. You should also possess good collaboration skills and the ability to take independent responsibility. It's a merit if you have previous experience in TIG and MIG welding, CNC, and/or water cutting. A class B driver's license is also considered a merit. A requirement for the position is good proficiency in the Swedish language.
