About Us Memento Service AB is the service company for Sweden's Authorized Funeral Directors & Legal Advisors Association (SBJF), a membership organization founded in 1922 that brings together approximately 400 authorized funeral directors and legal advisors in Sweden. We work to create security, quality and professionalism in the industry. Through close relationships, support and development, we help our members conduct their operations with high competence and good ethics. About the Role As a training manager, you will be the natural point of contact between the association and our member companies, large and small, across the country. You build relationships, listen to needs and help companies see the value of development, including through our training initiatives. You will work from our office in Årstaberg, Stockholm, where you are part of a small and dedicated team. We value being able to share knowledge and collaborate closely with each other, and therefore aim to spend as much time as possible together at the office. At the same time, part of your work takes place with member companies around the country, approximately 75 overnight stays per year. It is in these meetings that you make the greatest difference: you are the face of the association and the person who builds the relationships that enable members to dare to develop. Your Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with member companies across the country Identify member company needs and help them see the value of development and training Market and sell training programs and advertisements to the trade journal Memento Be the point of contact and "the spider in the web" between the association and members Participate in planning and conducting training in digital and physical formats Follow up, analyze and report results and handle related administration What We Offer A central role with great responsibility and opportunity to make an impact A small, engaged team with close collaboration Opportunity to develop relationships, operations and working methods A meaningful mission in a serious and values-driven industry Your own space in bright facilities We Are Looking for You You have relevant academic education, for example in pedagogy, HR, behavioral science or other relevant field You have experience in relationship-building work, for example in sales, customer responsibility or consulting You quickly build trust and enjoy meeting many different types of people and needs You have experience independently driving and developing contacts over time You have strong administrative skills You have excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Who You Are You are relationship-oriented, attentive and thrive in a role where you can combine care with business thinking. You easily build trust with different types of people and organizations, and you drive your work forward with energy and responsibility.
