Annagården Annagården has thirty rooms for short-term care, respite care, and relief services. The residence is centrally located with easy access to public transportation, the harbor, city center, library, church, and City Park. The facility serves individuals with temporarily declined health conditions, those needing rehabilitation after a hospital stay, those awaiting assessments regarding future support services, or those requiring end-of-life care. Our goal is to provide professional care and services with the individual's needs at the center. We are now seeking a confident and committed employee who wants to help continue developing our operations at Annagården! At Annagården, we work with an activating approach and everyday rehabilitation. Our short-term and respite services mean that our users stay with us for limited periods. This requires flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to quickly establish good rapport and a trusting relationship. Your Tasks In Västervik Municipality, we work from a salutogenic perspective, which means your task is to focus on what is healthy; motivate, encourage, and support each individual with participation and influence. Help contribute to quality of life every day! The position involves daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. The position is a permanent full-time employment. Your tasks include standard nursing care, rehabilitation, delegated health and medical services such as medication administration, wound care, various assessments, etc. We work interdisciplinarily together with nurses, rehabilitation teams, and social services coordinators. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in short-term residential care, elderly care, hospital environments, or equivalent experience. We are looking for someone who is: • Communicative with a high degree of social competence. • Flexible and cooperative. It is important that you are a team player. • Empathetic and responsive; you genuinely care about other people. • Respectful and value every person's integrity. • Your positive attitude contributes to a pleasant work and living environment. • Confident, stable, and able to understand the perspective of elderly residents. • Responsible and plan your work according to the residents' needs. • Independent and able to prioritize your tasks. You must be able to speak and write Swedish fluently. We work with digital documentation, which means you need to be able to work in digital environments.
