Your main responsibilities include: · Configuration and support of our proprietary product in accordance with customer needs and requirements. · Troubleshooting and optimization of existing solutions to ensure maximum performance, availability, and efficiency. · Close collaboration with the team to maintain and implement innovative solutions as well as integrate new technology into our projects. · Deployment and maintenance: Install and update hardware and software, both in our facilities and at our customers' premises (business travel will occur). · Continuous development: Professional and personal development in a stimulating work environment where we have fun together. What We're Looking For We are looking for a responsible, self-driven, and solution-focused team player. To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you meet the following criteria: · Relevant education: You have relevant post-secondary education in IT, computer science, network technology, or equivalent field. · A genuine Linux interest: You have good experience with and a strong interest in working in Linux environments, which is the core of our systems. · Strong SQL knowledge: You have good understanding of and experience with databases, with a focus on Oracle and/or PostgreSQL. · Network knowledge: You have good knowledge of networking and network configuration (such as routing, firewalls, switches, and TCP/IP). Since our systems communicate in complex, real-time critical, and secure environments, network understanding is an important part of your daily work. · Good understanding of code: You have a good understanding of code structure. Experience with scripting in Bash, C shell, or Ansible is a requirement as we automate and streamline much of our work. · Security awareness: You have good understanding of work in production environments. Since we operate within a security-critical industry (critical infrastructure), it is a requirement that you pass our security clearance before employment. · Language skills: You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you also speak German. · Additional merits: Experience with SCADA systems, virtualization, and hardware (both server and client).
