We are looking for a sushi chef to join our team We are a restaurant with a passion for Japanese cuisine and are currently looking for a dedicated and meticulous sushi chef to join our team. At our restaurant, quality, flavor, and service are at the center of everything we do, and we want to create a dining experience that our guests will want to return to. About the Position In your role as a sushi chef, you will work on the daily production of sushi and other Japanese dishes. You will be an important part of our kitchen team and contribute to ensuring that our dishes maintain consistent and high quality. Your Main Responsibilities Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes. Work according to the restaurant's recipes, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure that ingredients are handled correctly and hygienically. Maintain order and follow all applicable food safety procedures. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create an efficient workflow. Contribute ideas and suggestions for new dishes and menu development. We Are Looking for You If You Have at least 1 year of experience working as a sushi chef or in similar kitchen work. Have strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and experience preparing sushi. Are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious. Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Can communicate in Swedish or English. It is an advantage if you also speak an additional language, such as Japanese or Chinese, but this is not a requirement.
