Specialpedagogkonsult is now recruiting a special education teacher to work on a consultant basis at an elementary school in Haninge. The position is part-time, 6 hours per week.
Specialpedagogkonsult was founded in 2008 by special education teacher Maria Engstam. Today, we consist of a warm and professional team of special education teachers, specialist teachers, counselors, psychologists, and school principals. Together, we work to make visible and meet all children and students' needs – through mentoring, consultation, observations, and training of educators and school leaders in preschools, schools, and adult education.
Now we are looking for you, someone with solid experience who wants to use your knowledge where it really makes a difference.
We are looking for you who:
Have special education teacher training and extensive experience working as a special education teacher
Have extensive experience meeting children and students with different needs – and see the possibilities in every situation
Are a secure, attentive, and solution-focused person who enjoys working in cross-professional teams
Have the ability to listen to the client's needs, are creative, solution-focused, curious about differences, and eager to learn new things
Preferably share your experience while being curious about continuing to develop
