Swimming and Baby Swimming Instructor Would you like to help create safe, fun, and positive water experiences for our youngest children? We are looking for a dedicated and responsible swimming and baby swimming instructor who wants to lead and develop our programs for children from newborn and up. About the Position As a swimming and baby swimming instructor, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and developing our baby and early childhood swimming courses. You will create a safe and educational environment where both children and parents feel welcome and develop a positive relationship with water. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and conducting swimming and baby swimming lessons Adapting instruction to children's ages and individual needs Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Planning and developing our programs Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in children and their development Is confident, educational, and positive in your approach Is responsible, organized, and solution-oriented Works well collaborating with both children and adults Has training in baby or early childhood swimming, or is willing to pursue certification Holds pediatric CPR certification, or is prepared to complete the training Experience in baby swimming is a plus, but what matters most to us is the right person with the right commitment.
