We are Seeking a Service Technician / Facilities Technician

We are now looking for a new service technician to join our team at Ås Härads Fastigheter, as one of our valued employees is retiring after many years with us. With us, you will have a dynamic and varied job where you are responsible for the daily maintenance of our properties and help our tenants with both large and small issues. We are looking for someone who is practical-minded, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently while also being a team player. Job Responsibilities As a service technician, you will work with, among other things: Maintenance requests and service work. Repairs in apartments and commercial spaces. Inspection and maintenance of our properties. Simple plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work. Replacement of faucets, locks, doors, and other minor installations. Contact with tenants, contractors, and suppliers. Inspection of apartments as needed. Participation in planning and follow-up of maintenance. We believe that you are a person who enjoys solving problems and has a strong practical interest. You are: Service-oriented. Independent. Responsible. Thorough. Solution-oriented. Social and have a natural ability to interact with people. We would like you to have experience from the real estate industry, construction industry, or similar practical work. Qualifications B-driver's license is a requirement. Experience in facilities maintenance or similar work is a plus. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting is a plus. Familiarity with heating systems, ventilation, and other building systems is a plus.
