About the role The Coordinator works in close collaboration with planning managers and assistant operations manager as well as operations manager based on current objectives, strategies, and other guidelines. An exciting position where you work with daily planning and follow-up of home care and household-related services, but you also work out with our customers. The role requires good understanding of operations and daily work at a detailed level. You work with continuous improvement which briefly means that the work is performed in a resource-optimized and efficient manner, from ordering to execution, with focus on the customer. Your responsibilities include among others Staffing planning, management, and follow-up Coach and follow up on the organization's employees in order to achieve goals and create good well-being Work in various systems regarding planning, key figures, billing, and orders External contacts Participate in systematic quality and work environment work Qualifications Requirements: Trained nursing assistant with protected professional title from the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate Experience in coordination with supervisory responsibility, or other relevant experience Good computer skills Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, spoken and written Class B driver's license is required Meritorious: Previous work in home care or other service professions in coordination or planning is meritorious Summary Role: Coordinator/Nursing Assistant Employment type: Permanent, with 6 months probation Degree of employment: 100% Working hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday Start date: According to agreement What we can offer Attendo is a reliable employer that can offer you good opportunities to take on more responsibility or move to new roles if you wish.
