We're looking for a part-time personal assistant for a 15-year-old boy who lives with his family in Ljungsbro. The work takes place in the home and involves being a natural part of everyday life – sometimes taking an active role, sometimes staying in the background.
About the Position:
Part-time with flexible working hours by agreement. 25% or 65-75%
Outdoor activities are part of the role, so you should enjoy being outside and be able to swim. Some physical exercise is included. A driver's license is a plus but not required.
We're Looking for You if You:
are a non-smoker, punctual, computer-literate, and have excellent Swedish. Experience with TAKK, epilepsy, PEG, or tube feeding is a plus but not required. You are calm, stable, and solution-focused, with the ability to take your own initiative. You have creativity and enthusiasm for planning enjoyable, everyday activities. Strong scents should be avoided.
Personal Qualities:
Confident, empathetic, stress-resilient, and positive – ideally with a sense of humor and a youthful spirit.
