About Us: Nord365 Group works with export and import trade between the Nordic market and China. Among our business partners are some of Sweden's largest food companies as well as Chinese giants such as Alibaba and Xiaomi Group. Within the Nord365 group, we handle goods and logistics daily for both Swedish and Chinese consumers as well as larger companies. At our office and warehouse in Halmstad, we currently have 20 employees. Responsibilities: As a customer service representative at Nord365 AB, you will: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from our customers and provide professional and friendly service. Answer questions, solve problems, and provide advice with high competence and empathy. Register and document customer interactions in our system to ensure proper follow-up. Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve customer matters efficiently. Contribute to maintaining our high standard of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: We're looking for someone who has: A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service. Good English; Chinese in both spoken and written form is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Team spirit and the ability to collaborate with different types of people.
