We're Hiring a Customer Reception/Receptionist for Our Auto Repair Shop! Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys juggling multiple tasks? About the Position We're looking for someone who wants to work as a customer reception/receptionist with us. You'll be a key person in our daily operations and the first point of contact our customers meet – both on the phone and in person at the workshop. Responsibilities Your main tasks will include: Greeting customers in person and over the phone Scheduling and following up on workshop appointments Ordering spare parts Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the right parts arrive on time Invoicing and processing payments Managing email and basic administrative tasks We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience in customer service or administration (experience in the automotive industry is a plus) Is service-oriented, sociable, and organized Has good computer skills and can express yourself well in speaking and writing in Swedish Holds a B-class driver's license (required) Is solution-oriented and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same We Offer A secure and varied position in a pleasant work environment Opportunity for growth within the company A company where customer satisfaction and work enjoyment are at the center
