Together with our head chef Ignacio, you'll help shape our menu, experiment with new ideas, and develop what we already love. At Chako, we cook food inspired by South America and Southern Europe, with influences from Asia. We enjoy challenging convention, highlighting ingredients that deserve more love, and creating food that both surprises and comforts. We believe you: Have solid experience working as a chef, though a willingness to learn and develop could be enough. Are creative, curious, and enjoy thinking outside the box – but with respect for the craft. Understand sustainability and like to use ingredients smartly without compromising on quality.
