We are seeking a Sports Facilities Worker, Partille Municipality

We are now hiring a temporary sports facilities worker! The primary focus of this position is the maintenance of our outdoor facilities and ice hall. You will manage sports fields, bathing areas, the ice hall during season, as well as our trails and paths to ensure our visitors have a pleasant experience. In addition, you will handle some general facility management tasks such as minor repairs, coordination with housing companies, and placing orders. The role includes liaison work with sports associations, Partillebo, and other external partners. As a sports facilities worker, you will work in a team of five people with rotating shifts. Most often you will work together with your team, but sometimes independently. We offer you independent and varied work where you and your team plan and organize your daily tasks together. Working hours are scheduled day and evening shifts plus every fifth weekend. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience as a sports facilities worker or equivalent work experience that the employer deems comparable. A driver's license (category B) is required. You need good computer skills and be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. We are seeking someone with a service-oriented mindset, which you demonstrate by being calm, attentive, and helpful in your interactions with others, and who has interest, willingness, and ability to help people. As a sports facilities worker, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work independently. You see what needs to be done, take your own initiative, and achieve results. You demonstrate good judgment through your actions and make correct assessments and prioritizations. To succeed in this role, you communicate clearly and adapt well to changing circumstances.
