Then you could be the group supervisor we are looking for in our electrical operations. As a group supervisor, you are responsible for daily operations and lead the work within the group. The role involves responsibility for personnel matters such as work environment, personal safety, competence development, and employee support. You also have quality responsibility for the group's work and actively work with problem-solving and continuous improvements. Your primary focus is to provide employees with the right conditions, support, and tools to perform their tasks safely and efficiently. Together, you ensure high operational reliability and availability in our production facilities. The work area covers electrical maintenance as well as renovation and modification work within wastewater, water, and waste operations. An important part of the assignment is to develop the group's competence through, for example, training initiatives, experience exchange with contractors, and development of simplified instructions and documentation. You will supervise a group consisting of five technicians located at Sobacken. In the role, you will receive support with tasks such as fault reporting, planning, preparation, and follow-up in the maintenance system. You report to the maintenance manager in the water and wastewater maintenance department.
