About the Position We are seeking an experienced all-around tradesperson who feels confident in several areas of construction services. You don't need to be a specialist in everything, but you should be curious, solution-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed. The work is varied and you often follow projects through multiple different tasks. This suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility for a good final result and don't want to perform the exact same tasks every day. Example Work Tasks Demolition and restoration following insurance claims Carpentry, kitchen installation, and flooring Filling, painting, and wallpapering Tile setting and bathroom renovations, if you have that experience Customer contact, photography, and documentation via mobile We Believe You Have several years of experience in construction services or renovation work Are self-directed, reliable, and quality-conscious Can work both independently and with colleagues Find it easy to plan your work and solve problems that arise Speak and write Swedish fluently Are comfortable using your phone for photos, documentation, and time tracking Hold a B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles It is particularly advantageous if you have experience with tile setting, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a broad practical foundation and a willingness to continue developing.
