Your Future Tasks As a CNC operator with us, you'll have a varied and central role in manufacturing. You're responsible for keeping the machines running smoothly and ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. Smooth Operations: Machine monitoring, bit changes, material refilling, and tool changes. Quality Assurance: Careful measurement control, quality inspections, and grading. Maintenance & Safety: Performing simple preventive machine maintenance and working according to safe procedures. Teamwork: Actively contribute to a great team, positive work environment, and steady production flow. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is practical, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering quality work. You're confident in your professional role, independent when needed, and naturally collaborative. Required Qualifications: CNC operating experience, solid understanding of measurement techniques and quality assurance, fluent Swedish (spoken and written), and experience working at a steady, physical pace.
