Matrix Preschool in Skärholmen is looking for an engaged and licensed preschool teacher who wants to help develop our pedagogical activities together with children and colleagues. We work based on the preschool curriculum and strive for an operation where safety, learning, and participation are at the center. As a preschool teacher, you have a special responsibility for instruction and for planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on pedagogical work in close collaboration with the team. You have a good understanding of the requirements placed on pedagogical documentation and follow-up based on the curriculum standards, and you actively contribute to quality and development in the operation. We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role, works professionally, and has a flexible and solution-focused approach. You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as the work involves dialogue with children, colleagues, and guardians as well as documentation in the operation. We would like to see that you: · have a good understanding of documentation and follow-up based on the preschool curriculum · are well familiar with the preschool curriculum and the requirements placed on pedagogical documentation · can work systematically with instruction, documentation, and follow-up according to the curriculum standards · are flexible and can adapt instruction based on the operation's and children's needs · have a solution-focused and flexible approach in daily work We place great emphasis on personal suitability in relation to the assignment.
