About the role
As a property technician with us, you work with troubleshooting, repair and service of white goods in our properties. You have a mobile and independent job with great personal responsibility, where you plan your assigned area, order materials and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and with high quality.
You will meet many of our tenants in their homes. Therefore, we see that you have good social skills and are attentive, respectful and trustworthy in your interactions with other people. In this role, you are not just someone who solves technical problems, you also contribute to safety, good service and a functioning everyday life for our tenants.
We would like to see that you as an applicant have:
experience of practical work in service or technology, preferably in white goods
a solution-oriented and service-focused work approach
good customer service skills and professional demeanor
B-class driving license, which is a requirement
good computer skills, preferably with experience of property management systems
ability to communicate in multiple languages, which is an advantage
ability to work independently, plan your work and take overall responsibility for your area

Employment and conditions
The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Avesta. Work is scheduled during daytime hours but on-call duty may become relevant. You will work from our office at Axel Johnsons väg 73, Avesta. Start date by agreement.
We have collective agreements and offer secure employment terms. A B-class driving license is required for this position.
