Ardagh Group is a leading supplier of glass and metal packaging. We deliver to the food and beverage industry. Ardagh has 19,000 employees distributed across 58 factories in 16 countries globally. In the Nordic region, we operate two glass plants that produce glass for the beverage and food industry in the Nordic market. In Sweden, we are based in Limmared, and in Denmark, our glass plant is located in Næstved. In total, we generate 1.5 billion SEK in revenue and produce 1.3 billion packages per year. The glass plant in Limmared, part of the global Ardagh Group, is now seeking an Energy Developer. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and sustainable development, and who wants to help drive our operations toward a more energy-efficient future. Our manufacturing is energy-intensive, and energy management is central to our competitiveness, sustainability strategy, and future growth. As an Energy Developer: • You will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, driving, and implementing initiatives that reduce our energy consumption and optimize our processes. • You will work cross-functionally across the entire organization, collaborating with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, procurement, and management. • You will serve as the facility's specialist in energy matters and will drive both smaller improvement initiatives and larger investment projects. • You will contribute to meeting the company's energy, sustainability, and climate goals. • You will monitor developments in the energy field and translate new opportunities into practical improvements in our operations. We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in energy, engineering, industrial economics, process engineering, or equivalent. The role requires strong collaboration skills, initiative, and the ability to create engagement around energy issues. Experience with energy optimization, process development, production, or technical improvement work is a merit. You have good communication skills and can create engagement at all levels of the organization, and you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
