We are now seeking a maintenance technician for one of our customers who operates a commercial greenhouse – an operation where you will play an important role in keeping production running and the facility in top condition. About the role As a maintenance technician, you will work in a commercial greenhouse environment with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of technical systems and equipment used in cultivation. This can range from irrigation systems, climate control and greenhouse installations to machinery and other production equipment. You will work both preventatively and reactively to ensure stable and efficient plant production, in close collaboration with cultivation and production personnel. The role is practical and varied – you will move between different parts of the facility, both indoors in greenhouses and outdoors, and contribute your technical expertise where it is needed. Your main responsibilities: Perform ongoing and planned maintenance of facility, greenhouse and machinery equipment Troubleshoot and resolve problems in, for example, irrigation systems, climate control and production equipment Participate in installation and adaptation of technical solutions in the cultivation environment Ensure that operations function optimally together with cultivation personnel Contribute to improvements in procedures and technical solutions We are looking for someone who has: Experience working as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably within production, agriculture or green industries. Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical or control systems and enjoys practical work. It is advantageous if you can weld, have a C or CE driving license, and if you have experience working in operations or process environments.
