About the Role As a Consultant Manager/Key Account Manager, you'll be a central part of our growth journey. You'll have overall responsibility for your consultants – from recruitment and onboarding to development and follow-up. You'll work closely with both clients and employees, ensuring that all parties feel seen, heard, and satisfied. The role also includes: Building and developing long-term customer relationships Responsibility for staffing and project matching Contributing to business development and growth Recruiting and coaching new team members Being an ambassador for our culture and values Who Are You?
