Driven Career Coach Location: Bromölla, Sölvesborg Employment Type: 100% - Permanent Start Date: By Agreement About the Position Jobbie Sverige AB helps people advance in their careers. As a career coach, you'll be a key person supporting participants in finding jobs, developing professionally, and reaching their goals. You'll work closely with both participants and employers, building relationships and creating real opportunities. Your Responsibilities • Coaching and support for participants in job searching and career development • Matching candidates with employers and following up on placements • Contact companies and build networks in eastern Skåne • Contribute to a welcoming and professional office environment • Collaborate with colleagues and develop work processes Requirements for the Position: • Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are a plus) • Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about helping others • Locally based in one of the locations • Driven, solution-focused, and motivated • Experience in job matching, coaching, pedagogy, or adult education is a plus Requirements to Work With Us: Option 1: • University degree of at least 180 credits • At least 2 years of full-time work experience Option 2: • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in relevant fields, such as management, recruitment, coaching, career counseling, or HR • At least 1 year of post-secondary education with passing grades What We Offer • Flexibility and autonomy with responsibility • Warm, supportive team culture • Wellness allowance • Opportunity to grow and influence work processes • A role where you truly make a difference for people Application Send your CV + cover letter explaining why you want to work as a career coach and which requirement option you meet.
