Driven Career Coach Location: Bromölla, Sölvesborg Employment Type: 100% - Permanent Start Date: By agreement About the Position Jobbie Sverige AB helps people advance in their careers. As a career coach, you will be a key person who supports participants in finding jobs, developing professionally, and achieving their goals. You will work closely with both participants and employers, building relationships and creating real opportunities. Your Responsibilities • Coaching and support for participants in job searching and career development • Matching candidates with employers and following up on placements • Contact companies and build networks in eastern Skåne • Contribute to a welcoming and professional office environment • Collaborate with colleagues and develop working methods Requirements for the Position: • Fluent in Swedish and English (additional languages a plus) • Self-driven, motivated, and engaged in helping others • Locally anchored in one of the locations • Driven, solution-focused, and motivated • Experience in job matching, coaching, pedagogy, or adult education is a plus Requirements to Work with Us: Option 1: • University degree of at least 180 credits • At least 2 years of full-time work experience Option 2: • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in relevant fields, such as management, recruitment, coaching, career guidance, or HR • At least 1 year of post-secondary education with satisfactory results We Offer • Flexibility and freedom with responsibility • Warm, supportive team atmosphere • Wellness benefits • Opportunity to grow and influence working methods • A role where you truly make a difference for people Application Send your CV + cover letter explaining why you want to work as a career coach and which requirement option you meet.
